FAQs
Can it be used on all skin types?
Redlight therapy, microcurrent therapy and low intensity ion introduction is safe on all skin types. We do however suggest that you patch test the device on a less sensitive part of your body first, such as your arm.
Does it require batteries?
No! The FeelGlow™ 5 in 1 Wand comes with a USB cable charging device that also doubles up as a stand!
Do any of the therapies hurt?
Absolutely not! All of the therapies are pain free and completely non-invasive.
Is the charging point waterproof?
No, the charging point is not waterproof so please store outside of the bathroom!
How long does it take to heat up?
Once you have used the wand for about 30 seconds you will begin to feel it warm up. Don't worry, it only heats to 38°C/100°F so it will just gently warm your face.
How do I know that it's safe?
